Seminar on "Machine Learning Portfolios vs: Fractal-HRP Algorithm" Held in FEAS

The first Mid-Day Seminar of the 2023-2024 Spring semester was given by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Umut Uyar, Faculty Member of the Department of Business Administration, at PAU Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Bekir Can Kerek Conference Hall on "Machine Learning Portfolios vs: Fractal-HRP Algorithm".
In the seminar, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Uyar stated that a new era has begun in the finance community and emphasized that software manages a significant amount of investment in financial markets. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Uyar pointed out that Fractal-HRP, a hybrid algorithm developed, has a structure that complements the missing points of many techniques and algorithms developed before it. He also emphasized that it will enable investors to manage their portfolios in a safer and more stable way with Fractal-HRP.
