"Karacaoğlan" Commemorated at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences

Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Department of Turkish Language and Literature organized an event titled "Karacaoğlan with his Life and Composed Works". After the cinevision screening about Karacaoğlan, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Surur Çelepi gave a conference on Karacaoğlan from different aspects. Afterwards, the students of the Department of Turkish Language and Literature from the Turkic world read Karacaoğlan poems, which are among the most beautiful examples of simple Turkish. At the end of the program, Karacaoğlan's composed poems were performed by Ferhat Aslan, Suat Kölgesiz and Berk Mestan Irmak.
