A Seminar on Transformations in Working Life and Social Security Held at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences

Prof. Dr. Oğuz Karadeniz, Head of the Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, made a presentation titled 'Transformations in Working Life and Social Security' at the Mid-Day Seminar of the 2023-2024 Spring semester held at Pamukkale University (PAU) Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences (İİBF) Bekir Can Kerek Conference Hall.
In his speech, Prof. Dr. Karadeniz discussed the transformations in working life in detail in the context of technology, new professions and labor relations. In particular, he emphasized the transformations in working life with the developments in technology and their effects on the social security rights of employees.
In the seminar, which was an important information and interaction platform in terms of the impact of the transformation of working life on the structure of employment, the emergence of different forms of work and shedding light on the social rights of employees, Prof. Dr. Karadeniz also shared details about the impact of the aging of the population on working life and the social security system and thanked the lecturers and students who attended the seminar and answered the questions from the audience.
