PAU Stroke Center Will Save Lives

Pamukkale University adds a new center to its structure. Pamukkale University, which stands out with its initiatives in the field of health, will now be the first place of emergency intervention in stroke cases with “Pamukkale University (PAU) Stroke Center”. Stroke cases that occur due to clogging or bleeding in the brain vessels and can sometimes lead to death will be able to be treated at PAU Stroke Center.
A "Scientific Study Project" will be carried out for the Stroke Center. The Rector said: "We have a maximum of 6 hours to respond to a stroke, so this center is really important for our city. A scientific study project with an average amount of 1.5 million TL will be carried out. We will provide this service comprehensively with the center to be established at our university. We will work in coordination with Denizli Provincial Health Directorate and 112 Emergency Call Center to save time and transport patients to our Stroke Center. Support and donations will speed up the establishment of the Stroke Center."
