PAU Hospital is hosting the exhibition "Passage, Subculture" between April 05 and April 19 in the Inpatient Services exhibition hall.
Pamukkale University Faculty of Education, Department of Fine Arts Education, Department of Painting and Art Education Faculty Members Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ceren Tekin Karagöz, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Görkem Utku Alparslan, Karabük University Safranbolu Fethi Toker Faculty of Fine Arts and Design, Department of Painting faculty member Dr. Mustafa Tunç and Denizli Yaşar Kımıl Science High School visual arts teacher İbrahim Karagöz came together and organized "Passage, Subculture" exhibition that will be held at Pamukkale University Hospitals Exhibition Hall.
In her statement about the exhibition, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ceren Tekin Karagöz said; "The name of the exhibition, which is also a medical term, has emerged as an indicator of how art is differentiated with different people. After the cells proliferating in cultures consume the nutrients in the nutrient medium they are in to a great extent or use the entire reproductive surface, their proliferation rate decreases and eventually stops completely. During this period, the division of the culture is the most appropriate procedure. This process is called "subculture" or "passage". In short, it is one of the basic methods applied in biology to obtain pure culture. We tried to make a similar division through works on paper."
Deputy Chief Physician Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Çelik, who visited the exhibition, gave a certificate of appreciation to the participants and a group photo was taken. He said that we are waiting for our patients, patient relatives and the public who are interested in art to the exhibition hall.
