PAU HAVK Provides Training at Youth Week and Supports Spring Cup

Pamukkale University Aviation Community students gave model airplane training at the Model Airplane Event organized under the leadership of Bekilli District Governorship within the scope of "Youth Week" activities, together with the Turkish Aeronautical Association. In the event, which was also attended by Bekilli District Governor Dilara Şenoğlu, students learned the intricacies of making and flying airplanes with expert instructors. In addition to Turkish Aeronautical Association instructors, Pamukkale University Aviation Community students also supported the students at the event. After the Ata and Gökçen model airplanes were built by our students, the airplanes were flown together. In the event, which aimed to increase the interest of young people in aviation and to train the aviation professionals of the future, the participants had a pleasant experience and developed their interest in aviation.

Another event supported by Pamukkale University Aviation Community Students was the Spring Cup, a part of the Paragliding International World Cup organized in Çameli district, which stands out as a platform where athletes interested in air sports come together and showcase their talents. PAU HAVK students, who supported the organization team and paragliding pilots from 23 different countries, contributed to the successful realization of the event. In the event organized by Condor Air Sports, PAU HAVK students provided support to the flying athletes. PAU HAVK students, who provided a safe environment by helping the athletes flying in the flight field and supported the smooth progress of the event, took part in the flight field accompanied by experienced instructors, guided the athletes and helped them use the equipment. They provided technical support before and after the flight and tried to meet the needs of the athletes. They also took an active role in the implementation of safety measures.
