Athlete from PAU Becomes the Champion of Turkey

At the Turkish Powerlifting Championship (Power Championship), organized by the Turkish Powerlifting Federation every year in the second week of February, PAU Staff Hakan Dağ won the gold medal in the Bench Press category, leaving behind his tough competitors in the 74 kilos category.
The 7th of Turkey Powerlifting Championship was held at Istanbul Yenisahra Congress Center between 14-22 February 2022. Athletes from all over Turkey showed their strength by fighting fiercely in the Deadlift, Squat and Bench Press categories. Pamukkale University (PAU) Personnel Athlete, Hakan Dağ, won the gold medal by lifting 140 kilograms in the Bench Press category, where he competed in 74 kilograms.
