6 Academicians from PAU on the "Most Influential Scientists of the World" List

6 academicians from Pamukkale University (PAU) were included in the "Most Influential Scientists of the World" list published in Plos Biology journal, one of the most prestigious journals in the world.

In the study conducted by one of Stanford University scientists Prof. Dr.  John Ioannidis and his team, published in the journal Plos Biology, one of the most prestigious journals in the world, the scientific impact index was created using different variables such as the number of publications, citation numbers, h-index, author rankings, and quarter values of the journals. Within the scope of the index; 160 thousand researchers, who are in the top 2 percent of 7 million scientists worldwide in 22 main fields and 176 sub-disciplines, have been published on the "Most Influential Scientists of the World" list.

Faculty of Engineering Faculty Members Prof. Dr. Erkan Yüce, Prof. Dr. Necip Atar, Prof. Dr. Nazım Usta, Prof. Dr. Serdar İplikçi, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Faculty Member Prof. Dr. Şaban Nazlıoğlu, Faculty of Technology Faculty Member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Özer Can from PAU became the scientists who deserved to be included in the list of "Most Influential Scientists of the World".
