The visit was also attended by Acıpayam MYO Vice Directors Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hüsnü Ergün and Lecturer Atike Nur Durak, MYO administrative staff member Çağlar Uğur, as well as philanthropic businesspeople from Acıpayam who have been appreciated for their support to Acıpayam MYO: Ramazan Ar, owner of Ar Yapı, and Sabit Uz and Rıfat Uz from UMS Uzman Mobilya ve Mimarlık Company.

 

During the visit, discussions were held on future collaborations with the philanthropic businesspeople of Acıpayam who have supported the construction of the Acıpayam MYO Child Development Workshop and cafeteria. The delegation from Acıpayam presented a gift to Rector Güngör. Rector Prof. Dr. Mahmud Güngör and Acıpayam MYO Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ali Kurt expressed their gratitude to the philanthropic businesspeople.

 

Stating that he has been carrying out efforts to strengthen Acıpayam Vocational School’s cooperation and relations with external stakeholders in the district since the day he assumed office, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ali Kurt noted that they are continuing their work with the aim of becoming a higher education institution that adds greater value to students, the university, academic life, Acıpayam, and Denizli.
