The seminar titled “The Gateway to the World: Erasmus+ and PAU’s International Journey” was attended by Vice Rector responsible for International Relations Prof. Dr. Ersan Öz, Rector’s Advisor for International Relations Assoc. Prof. Dr. Onur Kulaç, International Relations Coordinator Assist. Prof. Dr. Yaşam Demir, Deputy International Relations Coordinator Assoc. Prof. Dr. Baysar Tanıyan, and Outgoing Student Study and Internship Mobility Officer Gonca Dönmez as speakers.

 

The seminar, which aimed to inform students, academic staff, and administrative staff at Honaz Vocational School about Erasmus+ opportunities and to increase international mobility, was held in two separate sessions for students and for academic and administrative staff. In the session for students, Outgoing Student Internship Mobility Officer Gonca Dönmez provided information on application processes, grant opportunities, and the contribution of international experience to students’ social and cultural lives. In the second session, Rector’s Advisor for International Relations Assoc. Prof. Dr. Onur Kulaç and International Relations Coordinator Assist. Prof. Dr. Yaşam Demir explained the Erasmus+ teaching and training mobility programs for academic and administrative staff and answered questions.

 

Honaz Vocational School Director Assist. Prof. Dr. Necla İrem İri stated that Honaz Vocational School has more than 50 agreements with European countries and non-European countries within the scope of student mobility and staff mobility, that the internationalization journey of Honaz Vocational School continues, and that the seminar organized by the International Relations Coordinatorship was very beneficial for students and staff. She presented certificates of appreciation to the guest participants.
