PAU Offers Strong Support for Little Steps
Students from Pamukkale University Denizli Vocational School of Health Services carried out a meaningful social responsibility project in cooperation with İncilipınar Primary School Kindergarten, contributing to children’s developmental awareness through educational and interactive activities.
In addition to its academic achievements, PAU Denizli Vocational School of Health Services continues to stand out with projects that contribute to society. Most recently, a volunteer project coordinated by Lecturer Dilek Uludağ Kodal brought together university education and early childhood education.
During the implementation phase of the project, university students Aysu Taşcı and Sena Yaşar delivered a comprehensive educational program tailored to the world of young children. Carefully designed according to children’s developmental needs, the activities were structured around three main components. Physical development and body awareness activities enabled children to explore their own potential, while national values education helped lay the foundations of social awareness. The program was further supported by interactive games aimed at strengthening cognitive processes and social skills, offering children a holistic developmental experience.
Officials emphasized that the project was not only beneficial for the children but also a significant learning opportunity for the university students, noting that such collaborations enhance students’ sense of social responsibility. Providing an educational and enjoyable learning environment for İncilipınar Primary School Kindergarten students, the project was recorded as a strong example of successful cooperation between the university and a local school.
