6th International Agriculture Congress with PAU as a Stakeholder Held in Kosovo


The 6th International Agricultural Congress, in which Pamukkale University was one of the stakeholder universities, was held in Prizren, Kosovo on August 31-September 4.

In the Congress held in cooperation with Pamukkale University, Kahraman Maraş Sütçü İmam University, Prizren University (Ukshin Hoti), Yozgat Bozok University, Hatay Mustafa Kemal University, Comrat State University, Pamukkale University (PAU) Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kutluhan made the opening presentation of the congress held in Prizren, Kosovo with his presentation titled "Agriculture, Nutrition and its Importance".

Within the 6th International Agriculture Congress, Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kutluhan moderated the closing session of the Mamusha Special Agriculture Panel held in Mamusha Anatolian Primary School Hall. At the end of the closing session, Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kutluhan thanked those who contributed to the congress and took a souvenir photo with all stakeholders and participants.

Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kutluhan, who made a series of contacts before the congress, visited the Mayor of Prizren, Shaqir Totaj, the Consul General of Prizren, Celal Doğan, the Head of the Turkish Delegation in Kosovo, Gunner Colonel Recai Yılmaz, and the Ambassador of Kosovo, Sabri Tunç Angılı, in their offices and held bilateral meetings.

Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kutluhan also visited Ramazan Yılmaz, Coordinator of Yunus Emre Institute in Kosovo, at the institute headquarters and received information about the activities carried out.

Finally, Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kutluhan visited Ambassador of Kosovo Sabri Tunç Angılı in his office.
