Rector Güngör Opens Graduation Exhibition of DVSTS Handicrafts Department

Pamukkale University (PAU) Rector Prof. Dr. Mahmud Güngör, together with Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Mehmet İnel and Prof. Dr. İbrahim Türkçüer, Denizli Provincial Director of Culture and Tourism Hüdaverdi Otaklı, and Director of Denizli Vocational School of Technical Sciences (DVSTS) Prof. Dr. Selami Kesler, inaugurated the graduation exhibition titled “Harvest”.
Graduating students of the Traditional Handicrafts Department for the 2024–2025 academic year are showcasing the works they produced in practical workshops throughout their two-year education in an exhibition titled “Harvest”, held on May 28–29 at the Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Yılmaz Congress and Cultural Center Exhibition Hall.
The exhibition, prepared under the guidance of academic advisors Prof. Ayşegül Koyuncu Okca (Department Head), Assoc. Prof. Habibe Kahvecioğlu Sarı, Lect. Fatoş Neslihan Arğun, and Lect. Huri Karcılı, has received great acclaim. “Harvest” successfully demonstrates the achievements of traditional arts education rooted in industry, combined with a contemporary mindset.
