PAU Academic Appointed as International Judge at ISF U15 Gymnasiade 2025
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yeliz İlgar Doğan, a faculty member of the Faculty of Sports Sciences at Pamukkale University (PAU), took part as an international judge at the ISF (International School Sport Federation) U15 Gymnasiade 2025 event held in Zlatibor, Serbia, from April 4 to 14. She continues to successfully represent both our country and PAU in the global sports arena.

The ISF (International School Sport Federation) event, which includes a total of 25 sports disciplines along with four para sports, is one of the largest sporting organizations held every two years, where school athletes from all around the world come together. The event serves as a platform where cultures, traditions, and talents unite. In this context, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yeliz İlgar Doğan, a faculty member of the Faculty of Sports Sciences at Pamukkale University (PAU), continues to proudly represent our country and PAU as a member of the International School Sports Federation (ISF) Artistic Gymnastics Technical Committee and as an international judge.
Medals Won by Turkish National Teams Bring Honor
In team competitions, the Turkish Men’s Artistic Gymnastics Youth National Team secured first place and a gold medal, while the Turkish Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Youth National Team earned second place and a silver medal. In individual competitions, İrem Karabalık, placed second in the overall ranking of young women, earning a silver medal, while İnci Kaleköylüoğlu placed third, earning a bronze medal. In the men's category, Deniz Şükrüoğlu earned a bronze medal by finishing third in the overall ranking.
In the Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Youth Apparatus Finals, Yaşam Suğra Akan won first place and a gold medal in the floor apparatus, İrem Karabalık took first place and a gold medal on the vault, and second place and a silver medal on the floor apparatus. İnci Kaleköylüoğlu won second place and a silver medal on the balance beam, while she also earned third place and a bronze medal on the asymmetric bars.
In the Men’s Artistic Gymnastics Youth Apparatus Finals, Umut Örs secured second place and a silver medal on the rings, third place and a bronze medal on the vault, and Hüseyin Emir Cünedioğlu earned second place and a silver medal on the parallel bars.
