Rector Kutluhan Attends the Meeting of Health Ministers of the Organization of Turkic States and Uzbek-Turkish Health Forum and Fair

Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kutluhan and Dean of PAU Faculty of Medicine Prof. Dr. Osman İsmail Özdel attended the "Meeting of Ministers of Health of the Organization of Turkic States" in Samarkand/Uzbekistan, where Ministers of Health and high-level delegations of 7 member countries took part.

At the end of the program, Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kutluhan and Prof. Dr. Ruzibaev Rashid Yusupovich, Director of Tashkent Medical Academy of Uzbekistan Urgench University, signed a mutual goodwill agreement between our University and Tashkent Medical Academy.

Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kutluhan also made a presentation titled "Pamukkale University Faculty of Medicine Education and Training" within the scope of the program at the 2nd Uzbekistan-Turkey Health Forum and Fair, which was attended by the Ministers of Health of the two countries, senior executives and many different health sector representatives of Uzbekistan. In his presentation, Rector Kutluhan talked about Problem-Based Learning, Empathy Project, Achievements of PAU Faculty of Medicine and PAU in Health Tourism.
