Conference on 'The Gains Achieved with the Proclamation of the Republic and the Role of Women in the Proclamation of the Republic'

Within the scope of the cooperation protocol signed between the Rectorate of Pamukkale University (PAU) and Bozkurt Women's Open Penal Institution, a conference was organized under the coordination of PAU Community Service and Social Responsibility Application and Research Center (PAU TOHSAM) for women convicts in the Penal Institution.
The conference given by Dr. Kudret Aykırı, Research Assistant at Pamukkale University Faculty of Education-Social Studies Education Department, started with a moment of silence followed by the singing of the National Anthem. The program continued with poems sung by female convicts.
Dr. Kudret Aykırı, Research Assistant at the Faculty of Education - Department of Social Studies Education, talked about the definition of the Republic, its historical development in our country, the gains achieved with the proclamation of the republic and the role of women in the proclamation of the republic. The conference was listened with interest by women convicts and officials of the Penal Institution.
