Young Social Scientists Awards Announced: Two Awards for PAU

The results of the "Young Social Scientists Awards" organized by the Turkish Social Sciences Association (TSBD) for 2021 have been announced. Among the winners of the award were a doctorate and a master's graduate who completed their thesis studies within the PAU Social Sciences Graduate School.
Dr. Sezgi Akbas received the Honorable Mention Award in the Doctoral Thesis Category for his thesis titled "Social Security of Self Employed: Problems in Terms of Scope, Financing and Acts and a Model Proposal", which he completed in March 2021 under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Oğuz Karadeniz.
Erdal Kaya received the Honorable Mention Award in the Master's Thesis Category with his thesis titled "Labor Process in the Denizli Textile Industry: A Qualitative Analysis", which he completed in January 2020 under the consultancy of Assoc. Dr. Çağla Ünlütürk Ulutaş.
