PAU Academician Receives Kazakhstan State Award

Pamukkale University (PAU) Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Department Head of Contemporary Turkish Dialects and Literatures, Prof. Dr. Nergis Biray was awarded the Kazakhstan State Award for her work and her contributions to the Turkish-Kazakh friendship.
At the award ceremony held in Ankara Kazakhstan Embassy, Prof. Dr. Nergis Biray; received her letter of gratitude with the signature of President Kassym Jomart Tokayev and letter of thanks from the Minister of Culture and Sports of Kazakhstan, A. Raimkulova from Abzal Saparbekuly, the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Ankara. The President of the International Turkic Academy Darhan Kıdırali presented International Turkic Academy Abay-175 plaque to Prof. Biray.
