Protocol to Increase Cooperation between PAU and Samarkand Medical University

A goodwill protocol was signed to increase cooperation between Pamukkale University Faculty of Medicine and Samarkand Medical Faculty.
On the second day of the International Thermal Health Tourism Forum, Pamukkale University Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kutluhan and Samarkand Medical University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Kubaev Aziz Saidolimovich signed a goodwill protocol to increase cooperation between Pamukkale University Faculty of Medicine and Samarkand Medical University.
Rector Kutluhan: "Our goals are the same, to increase our cooperation, to transfer knowledge, skills, talents and abilities to each other"
Making a statement about the goodwill protocol, Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kutluhan said: "We are happy to be together with Samarkand Medical University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Kubaev Aziz Saidolimovich. Thanks to them, they participated in our National Thermal Health Forum today. We had previously participated in the International Health Forum organized by the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan. We met them there. They and we have the same goal. To increase our cooperation, to transfer knowledge, skills, abilities and capabilities to each other. Uzbekistan is indeed our brother. We want to realize that law of brother to brother. However, their system is a little different from ours. In them, the Faculty of Medicine is seen as a university in itself. In Turkey, we have many faculties under the name of university, such as Pamukkale University Faculty of Medicine. There is engineering, there is a faculty of education, but we have made this agreement on behalf of our Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Dentistry. Our aim now is to take the goodwill agreement to the next level. If we maintain our mutual intentions, we believe that very good things will come out and joint symposiums will be organized. We have done one of these. With the Institute of History of Uzbekistan, we will organize it here now and in Uzbekistan in the summer. We organized a joint history methodology workshop. It was a week-long workshop. I send my greetings to Mr. Azamad from here. They invited us to continue the workshop in Uzbekistan in the same way. As there, we can strengthen our relations between Pamukkale University and Semarkand Medical University. We also convey our greetings to Semarkand State University."

Samarkand Medical University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Kubaev Aziz Saidolimovich stated the following about the goodwill protocol signed between the two universities "As Mr. Rector has just stated, our goals are the same. Samarkand State Medical University is one of the largest universities in Uzbekistan. Samarkand Medical University has 9 faculties; Sematology, Pediatrics, Pharmacology. We have fourteen thousand students. We are ready to work with Pamukkale University for the future. We are ready to work in any method. For example, we want to work with doctors, students or academic subjects. Thank you very much for inviting us. Thank you for your precious time. Thank you very much to everyone who organized this forum. Samarkand has 2000 years of history. Denizli also has 2000 years of history. We will be very pleased to cooperate with you internationally from now on."
