PAU's Search and Rescue Team Adds New Trainings

Pamukkale University (PAU) Disaster and Emergency Branch Directorate coordinated the 1st group of 28 volunteer academic, health, administrative and support personnel search and rescue team continuing its theoretical and practical training.
Theoretical and field trainings such as basic fire knowledge, safe life for children, natural disasters and protection, injured transportation techniques will be held between July 03-07.
Pamukkale University Disaster and Emergency Branch Directorate coordinated by Pamukkale University volunteer academic, health, administrative and support staff of the 1st group of 28 people search and rescue team had received Light Search and Rescue Training from the Provincial Afad Directorate last June.
In theoretical and practical trainings in various fields; basic fire knowledge, natural disasters and protection, earthquake, dangers in nature, injured transportation techniques, intervention techniques in forest fires, rescue techniques in confined spaces, search and rescue in nature, rescue techniques from wells and safe life for children will continue until July 7.
