The program began with a moment of silence and the Turkish National Anthem, followed by an opening speech from PAU Rector Prof. Dr. Mahmud Güngör. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of integrating theoretical education with the practical dynamics of the sector. He stated that hosting the third edition of the Sector on Campus program was a source of pride and highlighted the critical role of university-industry bridges in preparing students for the future, thanking all stakeholders and participating companies.

After the opening speech, Dr. Fatma Nur Akın, Director of Technology Trainings Department at the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Türkiye, delivered the “Sector on Campus Program Introduction Presentation,” sharing the vision of the program and the opportunities it offers to students. The panel featured İsmail Baş, Director of Human Resources at TÜBİTAK, Neslihan Yaşar, Human Resources Director at Sistem Global, Muhammed Emin Topsakal, Planning Office Manager at Merkezi Kayıt Kuruluşu, and Fatih Karakaya, R&D and IT Manager at Karakaya86. The panel discussed in detail the expectations of the new generation business world, competency transformation, and career processes.

At the end of the program, certificates of appreciation and plaques were presented by Pamukkale University protocol members to the representatives who contributed to the event with their presentations and insights.
