The self-assessment process was led by Chief Physician Prof. Dr. Hakan Alkan and Quality Director Prof. Dr. Atakan Yılmaz. Deputy Chief Physicians Prof. Dr. Nusret Ök, Prof. Dr. Muhammet Arslan, Associate Professor Gürbüz Akçay, Chief Administrative Officer Dr. Murat Taşer, as well as managers, assistant managers, and expert personnel participated in the process.

During the evaluations, which covered all institutional processes and departments, the effectiveness of healthcare services, operational processes, and practices related to quality standards were examined in detail. Within the scope of the reviews, existing practices were assessed and views were exchanged on further enhancing service quality.

Officials thanked all employees who contributed to the process and carried out their duties with dedication.
