Elevators at PAU Hospitals Are Being Renovated

Pamukkale University (PAU) Hospitals have initiated comprehensive modernization works on the elevators within the hospital in order to enhance patient and staff safety.

Within the scope of the modernization, the mechanical and electronic systems of the elevators will be replaced with up-to-date technology, and all systems will be brought into compliance with current safety standards.

The renovation works will particularly focus on elevators with high patient transport capacity. In this way, the transportation of patients, patient relatives, and healthcare staff within the hospital will become safer and faster.

With these works, the energy consumption of the elevators will be reduced, and maintenance and operational processes will also become more efficient.

The modernization works are being carried out in phases to ensure that hospital services are not disrupted. During the process, patient safety and the uninterrupted continuation of healthcare services are prioritized.

The hospital administration stated that investments aimed at strengthening the physical infrastructure will continue, and that they will keep providing safer, more comfortable, and more accessible healthcare services.
