After signing the agreement, the rector said: "We know that the union has collective bargaining agreements with many universities. We support collective bargaining agreements centrally. Because the opportunities of each university may be different. My opinion is that contracts are made centrally as in the ministry of health. There are not only doctors as health workers. In addition to the doctors are nurses, assistant health workers, and security guards. We consider all of them as healthcare professionals. We all know that these employees do not have specific shifts. We have healthcare workers at the forefront in the fight against Covid-19. I wish them strength and power from God."
