22.09.2026
A comprehensive study was carried out to align the occupational codes of 4/D permanent worker personnel employed at Pamukkale University (PAU) Hospitals in the Social Security Institution (SGK) records with the duties they actually perform.

As part of the study conducted by Yıldız Arslan, Head of the Occupational Health and Safety Unit at PAU Hospitals, and Occupational Safety Specialist Özgür Deniz, the actual duties, departments, and tasks performed by personnel employed under 4/D permanent worker status were evaluated in detail. In the study, the relevant legislation and SGK occupational codes were examined, and evaluations were prepared to determine the occupational titles and codes appropriate to the work actually performed by the employees. The study was evaluated by the Hospital Administration, and it was decided to make the necessary arrangements to align the SGK occupational codes of 4/D permanent worker personnel with the work they actually perform.

“The Aim Is to Keep Records Accurate and Up to Date”

The study aims to ensure that employees’ occupational activities are accurately recorded in their social security records, that institutional personnel records are kept up to date, and that alignment between the work employees actually perform and their SGK notifications is strengthened. The study also aims to contribute to the healthier documentation of work processes and to increasing consistency between employees’ job descriptions and official records.
