The Third of Denizli History Conferences Held with the Title of "Denizli from the First Conquests to the Ottoman Period"
Pamukkale University (PAU), Denizli Metropolitan Municipality, MUSIAD Denizli and Pamukkale University Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences organized the third conference "Denizli from the First Conquests to the Ottoman Period".
Pamukkale University Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kutluhan, Vice Rectors; Prof. Dr. Necip Atar, Prof. Dr. Durmuş Akalın and Prof. Dr. Turan Karadeniz attended the conference held at Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Nihat Zeybekci Congress and Culture Center.

Speaking at the opening of the program, Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kutluhan reminded that Pamukkale University is involved in every field at the point of university-city integration, and pointed out that the cooperation with MÜSİAD in different fields is one of the works that left a mark during his term as Rector. In his speech, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Durmuş Akalın introduced the book titled "The Accretion of the Republic in Social Sciences as a Gift to the 100th Anniversary of the Republic and Pamukkale University Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences" and stated that it is an important study in terms of Denizli history.
In the continuation of the "Denizli from the First Conquests to the Ottoman Period" conference program, which is the third of the Denizli History Conferences, the speaker of the conference, Pamukkale University Faculty of Human and Social Sciences, Department of History Faculty Member Assoc. Prof. Dr. İbrahim Balık made a presentation titled "Denizli from the First Seljuk Raids to the Ottomans".
