Prof. Dr. Palamutçu: ''Baby diapers heavily used in Turkey and around the world gives massive damage to environment.”

Pamukkale University Faculty of Engineering Textile Engineering Department Prof. Dr. Sema Palamutcu says that as many as 6000 diapers are used from the day the baby comes to the world until the completion of toilet training and that the amount of waste generated by the used diapers is 2 tons, drawing attention to the environmental pollution that arises when we compare this number to the baby population all over the world.
