PAU Project to Contribute to the Tourism Destination of Çardak

Prepared by Pamukkale University (PAU) Faculty of Architecture and Design, Department of Landscape Architecture, “T.R. Çardak District Governorship Medicinal and Aromatic Plants Garden Landscape Design Project” was presented to Çardak District Governor, Mr. Ökkeş Furkan Karakurt, by Department Head Prof. Dr. Murat Zengin.
Lavandula officinalis (Lavender), Achillea millefolium (Yarrow), Mentha spp. (Mint), Origanum onites (Thyme), Salvia officinalis (Sage), Hypericum perforatum (tipton weed), Ocimum basilicum (Basil), Melissa officinalis (Melissa/balm), Tussilaro farfara (butterbur) et al. medicinal and aromatic herbaceous, bosket and tree species are planned in the area.
