Patient Transportation Competition at EGEKAF'24

In the Patient Transport Competition organized at EGEKAF'24, students were evaluated on their patient transport and emergency response skills through scenarios close to real life using the ambulance and the materials inside it. First and Emergency Aid Program students had the opportunity to showcase both their technical knowledge and practical application skills.

Denizli Vocational School of Health Services (DSHMYO) First and Emergency Aid Program students achieved a great success by coming first with their outstanding performance. The students, who were proud to be the first in the competition, were happy to represent both their school and the region. Students of Izmir Tınaztepe University Vocational School of Health Services First and Emergency Aid Program also finished the competition in second place.
The aim of the competition was to increase the recognition of the First and Emergency Aid Program by promoting it and to provide a platform for students to show themselves. At the same time, it was also aimed to enable the companies that will participate in EGEKAF'24 to discover the students.
Head of the First and Emergency Aid Program, who is responsible for the competition, Lect. Dr. Mehmet Halil Öztürk thanked the participants and stated that they had a successful event. Öztürk conveyed his congratulations to all students and academicians who participated in the competition for their devoted work. This event, organized within the scope of EGEKAF'24, was evaluated as an important step towards strengthening cooperation and communication among the universities in the region. It is planned to continue this successful cooperation by organizing similar events in the coming years.
