PADAM's International Students Cook Turkish Food

International students of Pamukkale University (PAU) Language Teaching Application and Research Center (PADAM) cooked in the Turkish Food Making Workshop at the event organized in cooperation with PADAM and PAU Tourism Faculty Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department.
International students studying Turkish preparatory education at PAU PADAM participated in the Turkish Food Making Workshop. The workshop, which was organized in cooperation with PADAM and PAU Faculty of Tourism, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, offered international students the opportunity to meet Turkish food and prepare these flavors.
PADAM Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tokat said, "At PADAM, we teach Turkish to our international students while introducing and teaching Turkish culture."
PADAM management, academic-administrative staff and international students attended the workshop held at the Faculty of Tourism. International students cooked Turkish food in the workshop coordinated by Prof. Dr. Nurten Çekal, Head of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department, and then tasted the dishes they cooked. PADAM Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Feyza Tokat said, "At PADAM, we teach Turkish to our international students while introducing and teaching Turkish culture. With this workshop, we wanted our international students to recognize and experience the rich Turkish cuisine, which is an important part of Turkish culture."
