Marketing and Advertising Department Students Visit Yavuzçehre Textile Inc. Co.

Pamukkale University Honaz Vocational School Marketing and Advertising Department students and lecturers visited Yavuzçehre Textile as part of the University-Industry Cooperation Program and Career Planning course.
Human Resources Manager Ertuğrul Yıldız, Executive Assistant Sinem Gök and Sustainability Specialist Bekir Uluer showed the students around the company. Mr. Yıldız informed the students about production processes, quality understanding and sustainability projects.
Later, in the training room of the company, Marketing and Planning Manager Kübra Can Öztürk informed the students about the Marketing, Human Resources and Public Relations units, activities and the competencies that employees working in these units should have, and answered the students' questions.
Honaz Vocational School Marketing and Advertising Department Head Lecturer Assist. Prof. Dr. Melda Gölemezli stated that this visit was the application of the courses taken by the students and contributed to the formation of business logic and ideal business understanding in their minds. In addition, Gölemezli stated that they are planning a long-term cooperation with Yavuzçehre Textile, and Yavuzçehre Textile Chairman Ahmet Yavuzçehre, Executive Assistant Sinem Gök and Human Resources Manager Ertuğrul Yıldız are on the Advisory Board of their department. Assist. Prof. Dr. Gölemezli stated that they will evaluate the competencies that the industry expects from prospective employees in the future and the curriculum of the Department of Marketing and Advertising together at the Advisory Board meeting and report the results.
