Good News from Rector Kutluhan at the Commemoration Night of Özay Gönlüm

PAU Turkish Folk Music Ensemble commemorated Yaren and the master artist Özay Gönlüm from Denizli, who has made great contributions to Turkish folk music with the dialect unique to the Aegean region that he uses in his folk songs, with a concert. Participating in the concert, Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kutluhan gave the good news that they will establish the Özay Gönlüm Research Center in order for Özay Gönlüm and his works to be understood correctly and to be transferred to our future generations, using scientific methods as well.
