Faculty of Law Students Get Practical Training at Denizli Courthouse

Within the scope of the "Civil Procedure Law" course at the Faculty of Law, 3rd year students turn their theoretical knowledge on how to file a lawsuit, which stages should be exhausted, and which procedural actions will be carried out, in the "practice of moot court".
Stating that practical training is indispensable for using theoretical knowledge, Dr. Ramazan Korkmaz stated that similar practice trainings will continue, and that in the coming weeks, within the scope of the "Mediation in Legal Disputes" course, the Mediation Center will be visited and non-litigation dispute resolution methods will be practised, and the "Legal Language and Judicial Correspondence" course will be opened in the coming period and petition writing techniques will be taught to students.
