09.04.2024

Pamukkale University (PAU) Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kutluhan published a message on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr. In his message, Rector Kutluhan emphasized that one of the greatest traits of our nation is to help and to be with the needy.

"We are experiencing the happiness of completing the blessed month of Ramadan, the sultan of eleven months, which we realize with a spiritual peace, and reaching the Ramadan Feast, where we will continue to feel the sublime values such as love, respect, tolerance, solidarity and unity, which hold an important place in our hearts.

Holidays are important values that give us strength to be happy, hopeful and full of love, where brotherhood is permanent and love is united. On these special days, we should leave behind resentments, resentments and resentments; we should visit the orphans, the sick, the elderly and the needy, and we should be instrumental in the re-sprouting of hope flowers in their hearts. As it is known, one of the greatest characteristics of our beloved nation is to help and to be with the needy. Festivals are also important days for each of us to live and keep these beautiful feelings alive.

On the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, I wish that the fasts kept, worships and prayers made will be accepted in the sight of Allah. I pray to Almighty Allah that these blessed months and days we are in will end the persecution in the Islamic world, especially in Gaza, and bring peace, tranquility and well-being to our country and all humanity; I wish the suffering in the world and in our country to end.

With these feelings and thoughts, I sincerely congratulate the blessed Eid al-Fitr of the entire Islamic world, especially our country. I gratefully remember our saintly martyrs and heroic veterans who sacrificed their lives for the sake of sacred values, which enabled us to celebrate Eid in peace in our country.

Greetings and best regards..."
