"Certified First Aid Training" Held at Serinhisar Vocational School
"Certified First Aid Training" was held at Pamukkale University (PAÜ) Serinhisar Vocational School in collaboration with the Serinhisar Public Education Center.
In the first aid classroom of Serinhisar Vocational School (Serinhisar MYO), twenty-five people, including staff and students of Serinhisar MYO, participated in the training provided by Ünal Ocakoğlu, an instructor from the Serinhisar Public Education Center.
The intensive training program aimed to enhance participants' first aid skills and included both visual and verbal explanations as well as practical activities on various topics: general first aid information, assessment of the casualty and the scene, basic life support, first aid for bleeding, first aid for injuries, first aid for burns, frostbite and heat stroke, first aid for fractures, dislocations, and sprains, first aid for consciousness disorders, first aid for poisoning, first aid for animal bites, first aid for foreign objects in the eyes, ears, and nose, first aid for drowning, and transporting the casualty.
After the training program, participants who successfully completed the course were awarded a first aid certificate based on the exam results.
