Career Interview with Aydem Held at Acıpayam Vocational School

Pamukkale University (PAU) Acıpayam Vocational School (MYO) continues to bring its students together with experts from the sector within the scope of Career Planning Course.
Acıpayam Vocational School, which aims to contribute to the career development of students with different topics and guests every week, hosted Aydem Energy GDZ Investment Human Resources Specialist Makbule Rumeysa Akyürek. In the interview, which was listened with interest by lecturers and many students from all programs within the Vocational School, especially CV preparation and interview techniques were discussed in detail and with examples.
The topics such as filters in job search environments, the features sought in candidates, what should be done first for a career in the public and private sectors, the differences of the global platform called LinkedIn from other job search environments, internship opportunities at Aydem Energy, company values, social responsibility projects, what human resources experts pay attention to in the interview were explained with various examples. It was underlined that the candidate who invests in himself/herself will come to the forefront in the business world. For this reason, it was explained how and where new graduate candidates can invest in themselves. How new graduates can make their CVs richer was also discussed, and information on the use of body language in the interview was also conveyed.
The speaker Makbule Rumeysa Akyürek, who also shared anecdotes from her own career story, shared important information that can guide students' career journey with these examples.
