Çardak OSB Vocational School Students Participate in a Special Tent Camp for Ramadan

The event, which was organized to provide students with spiritual serenity and to encourage the habit of reading books, was held under the leadership of Çardak District Mufti Cesim Şahin in Çardak Central Göz Picnic Area. District Mufti Cesim Şahin made his speech first in the event. Mufti Şahin stated that they offer young people the opportunity to gain life skills and meet with national, spiritual, moral and religious values while experiencing the peace of being in touch with nature. Emphasizing the importance of Ramadan, he emphasized the importance of young people coming together and engaging in such activities in the spiritual atmosphere of this holy month. He emphasized the importance of young generations to work on behalf of the country and humanity with the responsibility of building the future. He stated that they organize various events and activities with university students throughout the year and that the tent camp is one of these activities. He said that with this camp, students were taught life skills such as setting up a tent, lighting a campfire, keeping the environment clean, cooking, as well as the importance of accomplishing work together. At the same time, he said, they also developed their spiritual aspects such as praying time prayers, religious conversations and etiquette. He added that they had the opportunity to discover the beauties of the district.
Afterwards, a book reading activity was organized around the fire pit in the tent camp. The participants had a pleasant time listening to the sounds of nature and reading their books in the light of the fire.
