Carrying the vision of the National Technology Initiative from land to the seas, the world’s largest aviation, space, and technology festival, TEKNOFEST, is now bringing together technology and defense industry enthusiasts under the theme of “Blue Homeland,” with a focus on maritime innovation. TEKNOFEST Blue Homeland, to be held at Istanbul Shipyard Command on August 30–31, will introduce young people to Türkiye’s naval power and advanced technological capabilities in this field, helping to carry maritime culture into the future.

The event, focusing on maritime and underwater technologies, will host the Unmanned Underwater Systems Competition, the Underwater Rocket Competition, and the Unmanned Marine Vehicles Competition as part of TEKNOFEST Istanbul. Meanwhile, TEKNOFEST Blue Homeland will also feature the exhibition of distinguished Turkish naval vessels such as TCG Anadolu, TCG Istanbul, TCG Burgazada, TCG Oruçreis, TCG Nusret, TCG Sakarya, and TCG Hızırreis. Additionally, the event will offer competitions promoting maritime culture, interactive game areas with virtual reality headsets, special demonstrations by SAT and SAS Command personnel, the “Blue Homeland Time Tunnel” reflecting maritime history, as well as various conferences and exhibitions—providing visitors with unforgettable experiences.

Visitor registration for TEKNOFEST Blue Homeland has begun, and participation is completely free!

To enter TEKNOFEST Blue Homeland, which is entirely free of charge, visitors are required to register online. Since participation is limited, each attendee must obtain an individual ticket, while children under the age of 7 are exempt from registration.

Visitor entry and exit to the event area will be possible between 09:00–18:00. Moreover, visitors who have an account on Next Sosyal, Türkiye’s domestic and national social media platform developed by young entrepreneurs supported by the T3 Foundation and TEKNOFEST, will gain priority entry if the phone number or email address provided during registration matches their Next Sosyal account.

Visits will take place in three separate sessions throughout the day:

1. Session: 09:00 – 12:00
2. Session: 12:00 – 15:00
3. Session: 15:00 – 18:00

Each visitor will be entitled to enter for only one session during registration, and those who enter the event area during their designated session will not be able to attend other sessions on the same day. You can access visitor registration and all event details at www.teknofest.org.
