The Sarajevo Declaration on Higher Education sets out common goals in the areas of original and value-based internationalization, an independent vision of science, quality education and mobility, scientific research for the benefit of humanity, and the establishment of sustainable academic networks. The Declaration also highlights issues such as universities establishing international academic networks drawing on their own scientific knowledge and expertise, developing joint research and projects, increasing the mobility of academics and researchers, and transforming scientific output into social benefit. By signing the Declaration, Pamukkale University contributed to the shared commitment to strengthening scientific output, academic solidarity, and international academic ties in higher education.
