FEAS Students Met with Selim Yaymanoğlu

Students and faculty members of the Pamukkale University (PAU) Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences (FEAS) visited the Denizli Organized Industrial Zone (Denizli OIZ) Directorate and came together with Selim Yaymanoğlu, Chairman of the Board of Denizli Organized Industrial Zone.

The meeting, held at the Denizli OIZ Conference Hall, was attended by Vice Rector and Denizli OIZ Technopark General Manager Ersan Öz, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Ender Coşkun, Vice Dean Fatih Akçay, Head of the Department of Public Finance Ersin Yavuz, Vice Director of the Institute of Social Sciences Eren Ergen, and faculty member of the Department of Public Finance Özay Özpençe.

Sharing his success story with the students, Denizli OIZ Chairman of the Board Selim Yaymanoğlu provided information about the activities carried out in the region and the projects planned for the future. Offering important advice to students regarding issues they should consider in their career planning and what they should pay attention to in order to achieve success in business life, Selim Yaymanoğlu stated: “In today’s world, merely possessing knowledge is not enough; the real difference lies in being able to transform that knowledge into added value. At Denizli OIZ, we are building the industry of the future by combining production with technology and labor with innovation. What we expect from you is to become individuals who are not afraid to take risks, who prioritize honesty and courage, who manage change, and who write their own stories. Because the strong Türkiye of tomorrow will be shaped by your courage and vision.”

“Every Project We Implement for Our Youth Is a Signature Left for the Future”

Denizli OIZ Chairman Selim Yaymanoğlu stated that they have established a fully equipped educational base in the region and that, through the investments they have made in education as an OIZ, they aim to become a leading organized industrial zone in education, saying: “Every project we implement for our youth is, in fact, the most valuable signature we leave for the future.”

In the final part of the meeting, moderated by Professor Ersan Öz and held in a sincere atmosphere, Mr. Yaymanoğlu answered the students’ questions.
