Tarim Kredi Milk Inc. Co. Human Resources Meet with Acıpayam Vocational School Students

Pamukkale University (PAU) Acıpayam Vocational School (MYO) continues to bring its students together with experts from the sector within the scope of Career Planning course.
Dr. Gamze Solmaz, Human Resources Systems Manager of Tarım Kredi Süt Ürünleri A.Ş. (Tarim Kredi Milk Inc. Co.), was the guest of the meetings held to guide the career journey of the students.
In the interview attended by students and academic staff studying in the programs within Acıpayam Vocational School, after giving a brief information about Tarım Kredi Süt Ürünleri A.Ş., the topics of Being a Qualified Candidate and Qualified Workforce were discussed. It was explained what can be done to ensure harmony between the supply and demand of qualified human resources. The skills sought in candidates were explained with topics and examples. It was underlined that what is important today, when it is easy to access information, is which skills and abilities we transform this information into. The differences and connections between the concepts of competence, talent and skills were emphasized. It was emphasized that the business world cares about skills such as communication skills, creative thinking and critical thinking. Finally, speaker Solmaz talked about the test called 'Johari Window' and answered the questions.
The event ended with PAU Acıpayam Vocational School Vice Director Atike Nur Durak presenting a certificate of appreciation to the invited speaker Dr. Gamze Solmaz.
