Prof. Dr. Bilal Söğüt: “We Aim to Include Stratonikeia Antique City in the UNESCO World Heritage List."

Prof. Dr. Bilal Sogut from Pamukkale University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Department of Archeology, who is also the chairman of the Stratonikeia and Lagina Excavation Committee, emphasized: "As a result of excavation, restoration and conservation work in the ancient city of Stratonikeia in Yatagan province of Mugla, we have revealed very important historical structures as of 2018, and we aim to include Stratonikeia in UNESCO World Heritage List."
