The building tour was led by Chief Physician Prof. Dr. Hakan Alkan and Quality Director Prof. Dr. Atakan Yılmaz, with the participation of Deputy Chief Physicians Prof. Dr. Nusret Ök, Prof. Dr. Muhammet Arslan, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gürbüz Akçay, as well as Chief Administrator Dr. Murat Taşer, directors, deputy directors, and expert personnel in their respective fields.

Within the scope of the tour covering all departments of the hospital, healthcare services were evaluated on site and consultations were held with employees. While efforts aimed at increasing patient and employee satisfaction were discussed, important evaluations were made regarding the sustainability of quality standards and the enhancement of service processes to make them more effective.
