Organized annually by the PAU Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, the Economics Summer Seminars continue to bring together distinguished academics with researchers while contributing to scientific development by fostering communication among researchers.

The welcome dinner, held at the PAU Social Facilities, was attended by the instructors of the second week of EYS’26: Prof. Mehmet Balcılar (University of New Haven), Prof. Serdar İplikçi (Pamukkale University), Prof. Özlem Önder (Ege University), Dr. Çağın Karul (Pamukkale University), Dr. Cavit Görkem Destan (TED University), and Dr. Mustafa Kaba. Faculty members of the PAU Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, academics from various universities, research assistants, independent researchers, and graduate students also attended the event.

In his speech at the welcome dinner, Rector Prof. Mahmud Güngör stated that the Economics Summer Seminars had become a hallmark of Pamukkale University. He thanked the faculty members who delivered lectures at EYS, the academics, researchers, graduate students who participated in the program, and the organizing committee.
