The ceremony held in Ankara was attended by Minister of Interior Mustafa Çiftçi and President of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) Prof. Dr. Erol Özvar.

It was emphasized that the Pamukkale University Search and Rescue Team strengthens its disaster response capacity through preparedness activities, training programs, and field exercises, and that it is one of the exemplary search and rescue teams operating within higher education institutions. It was also stated that the team will continue its efforts with determination.
