The program, held at the FEAS A Block Martyr Infantry Lieutenant Bekir Can Kerek Conference Hall, was attended by students, alumni, and academic staff. Alumni directly shared their career paths and professional experiences with students. In the catering and networking part held at the beginning of the program, students, alumni, and academic staff came together in an informal setting and exchanged views.

The opening speech was delivered by Head of the Department Prof. Dr. Oğuz Karadeniz. FEAS Dean Prof. Dr. Ender Coşkun also took the floor and drew attention to the importance of student–alumni interaction in terms of career development. In the later part of the program, alumni took the floor in groups and shared their career processes, internship experiences, transition to working life, and professional experiences with the participants. Students had the opportunity to benefit from experiences that would contribute to their career planning by directly communicating with alumni.
