The Shoe Design and Production Programme at Acıpayam Vocational School continues to contribute to the regional footwear industry by developing its design and production activities within the framework of university-industry cooperation. The programme has begun implementing, one by one, projects that demonstrate the tangible outcomes of this agreement.

A women's shoe model designed by the programme's lecturers and students has been put into production. During the production process carried out through the collaboration between Acıpayam Vocational School and TASEV, two post-bed sewing machines for stitching shoe uppers were also procured to strengthen the infrastructure of the existing shoe workshop.

Production work on a men's shoe model designed by the programme's academics and students is also continuing at full speed. These activities, carried out under the protocol, provide students with hands-on experience throughout the process, from design to production.
