The agreement, which also included various discussions on activities regarding the undergraduate and graduate education of public officials and senior public administrators, was signed by PAU Rector Prof. Dr. Mahmud Güngör and Azerbaijan Academy of Public Administration Rector Prof. Dr. Orhan Alekberov. Within the scope of the bilateral cooperation and Erasmus agreements, student and staff mobility as well as joint scientific projects are aimed.
