The training, attended by family physicians, psychologists, nurses, midwives, medical secretaries, administrative support staff, and auxiliary personnel working under the district health authority, was delivered by Lecturer Filiz Gülsevin Ersöz. The program covered topics such as creating impact in communication, non-verbal communication and body language, conflict management and communication barriers, active listening, persuasion, rhetoric, and presentation skills. Supported with sample dialogues, films, documentaries, advertisements, and visual materials, the training was well received by the participants.
