The event was coordinated by school guidance counselor Huriye Kanat. The seminar covered topics such as attention skills, focus, adolescent brain development, the dopamine system, the relationship between anxiety and attention, and mental load during exam periods. Throughout the program, attention-based games and practical activities were also included to encourage active student participation.

Lecturer Dr. Fatmanur Öztoklu Durmuş emphasized that attention is related not only to academic success but also to sleep patterns, emotional state, anxiety, technology use, and daily habits, and shared practical suggestions to support attention management and focus.

At the end of the seminar, students’ questions were answered, and it was stated that the event contributed to increasing students’ awareness of attention and concentration.
